Shipping Policy

Paws Circle is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances. In the event that a wrong or incomplete shipping information is provided, customer will be liable for all additional shipping fees incurred. 

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at support@pawscircle.com within one (1) hour of your order placement.

Paws Circle is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

For limited time only, we are offering Free Standard Shipping Worldwide

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

We process all orders within 3-7 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

Packages may take longer to arrive during holiday busy season depending on local postal office capacity.

Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

In some unlikely events, packages may take up to 60 business days for delivery. 

United States & Canada

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Paws Circle reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

 

Taxation & Duties

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties (especially for Express Shipping shipments)
  • We do normally mark our shipments at an extremely low value to avoid taxes and duties, but in rare occasions shipments may still get charged.
  • We ship your package with duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT/GST, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
  • If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
  • Any additional shipping fee incurred due to duty and taxes rejection will be borne by the buyers.
  • These fees are paid to the local carrier/customs and are not collected by us.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email to support@pawscircle.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. For every order cancellation, a processing fee of 5% of total order amount will be charged and deducted in the refund amount.
