Return Policy
If any purchase from us does not comply with a quality guarantee, we will gladly exchange it for one (1) time, subject to the points below. This means that any order which has been returned cannot be processed for the second return. You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to apply for a return request and arrange a shipment for the return. Unfortunately, if seven (7) days have gone by since the delivery date, we can’t accept your return.
What we ask from you:
- Return the product in its original packaging to our return warehouse in China
- Return shipment must be initiated and arranged within 7 days upon receipt
- Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Not tried on, free of fur, tag attached, dust bag undamaged)
- Please do not send your products back to the sender address. We will provide you with the return instruction after you contacted us
- The shipping cost of returning the item is not refundable
- For hygiene reason, we do not offer exchange or return for apparel & accessories that has been tried on
- Paws Circle will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
Sizing Issue:
Wrong size ordered is non-returnable. Please ensure to use the size chart provided in the products page or email us before placing an order to enquire about the sizing.
*Please check the size charts accordingly as all designs vary in sizing*
Change of Mind:
Change of mind items are returnable for refunds, but there will be a 15% processing fee deducted on each items. We do not accept return for items that have been tried on due to hygiene purposes.
Exchange Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of items and the approval or rejection of your exchange request. We do not offer exchange for used items.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process the exchange once the returned items arrived at our warehouse.
Refund Process

As we provided free shipping on all orders, any refund request will incur a 15% processing fee on each items.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email to support@pawscircle.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. For every order cancellation, a processing fee of 5% of total order amount will be charged and deducted in the refund amount.
