Transit time begins once the order has been shipped and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier performance.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Tracking updates may take up to 4-7 days to appear after dispatch.
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately at no additional cost.
Delays

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Paws Circle ships orders with duties paid.
This means customers do not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery for the shipping destinations we currently serve.
If you receive an unexpected customs or duty request from a carrier, please contact us at support@pawscircle.com before making payment so our team can assist.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawscircle.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
