At Paws Circle, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Customers must contact us by email to request return instructions before sending any item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • New, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all original packaging intact
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or pet hair (including dog fur)

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, tried on, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Return for Exchange

  • Return the item to our designated return warehouse
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Exchange is subject to item inspection and stock availability

Option 2: Size Exchange Without Return

  • A replacement size can be resent for a flat fee of USD 15 per item
  • No return of the original item is required

Please note that size exchanges are offered as a customer service option and are subject to availability.

Returns for Refund

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within the 14-day window and approved after inspection.

  • 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
  • Items with pet hair, stains, or odors
  • Returns requested after 14 days from delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 7 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing or shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
