Which country do you ship to? 
We ship worldwide. If for some reason our logistic partners do not ship to your country, we will notify you immediately and process a refund for you. 

Do you have a store locally in my country?
We are an online only business. That’s one of the reason we are able to sell our item so much cheaper than your local store.

How much is shipping?
For a limited time, we are offering free tracking shipping worldwide! You can track your shipment here

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

We cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas custom houses, which will have to be bared by customer additionally if there is any.

Where do your items come from?
We source our items from all over the world to ensure they are unique and special that you will not find elsewhere. We have warehouses in the U.S and Asia. We will send items from different warehouse depends on the items you bought. 

Do you charge cancellation fee?
We do not charge cancellation fees, we generally replace things that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.

What is your refund policy?
We have a 90 day money back guarantee. If within the 90 day period if you are not happy with your purchase please send us an email with your order number and contact information to support@pawscircle.com. We will walk you through the refund procedure. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. For detailed information, please visit our Return Policy.

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed (exceptions applied). Purchases shipped worldwide will arrive 10-20 business days after the order date though this may still vary, depending on the availability of the courier provider and location.

Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Is ordering online secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
