Announcement: Shipping & Processing Time Update

Due to the increased order volume and the ongoing busy holiday season, Paws Circle is experiencing longer-than-usual processing and shipping times. We are working hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our service.

Here are the updated timelines:

• Processing Time: 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping Times (calculated from the order date, including processing time):
  • USA: 20-60 working days
  • Oceania & Asia: 15-40 working days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 15-40 working days
  • Africa & South America: 20-50 working days

Please note that Express Shipping IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Additionally, all orders placed from now onward will NOT be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. If you are ordering for the holidays, we highly encourage you to keep this in mind before placing your order.
