1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
2. How long does shipping take?
Total shipping time is approximately 4 to 9 business days, which includes handling time (1–2 business days) and transit time (3–7 business days), Monday through Friday.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
4. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are new, unused, and in original condition.
11. Do you accept returns for non-defective products?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the return eligibility requirements.

Yes, exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return window and are subject to product availability and inspection.
13. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing the return shipping label.
14. Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
15. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
