As an authorised affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Paws Circle, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Paws Circle as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to promote the Paws Circle website and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by customers referred through your referral link or coupon code.
By signing up for the Paws Circle Affiliate Program (“Program”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
2. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral link or coupon code.
Commission rates are determined by Paws Circle and may be updated from time to time. The current commission rate will be displayed in the Affiliate dashboard.
Commissions are calculated based on the product value only and exclude shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and other additional charges.
Commissions are only paid for:
- New customer first-time purchases referred by the Affiliate
- Successfully completed transactions that are not refunded, cancelled, or charged back
If an order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the associated commission will be rejected or reversed.
Affiliates may not refer themselves or earn commissions on their own purchases.
3. Referral Attribution
Paws Circle uses a “first affiliate credited” attribution model.
This means the first Affiliate who refers the customer will receive the commission, provided the purchase is completed through the referral tracking system.
If multiple affiliates promote the same customer, only the first referral will receive credit for the sale.
4. Payment Terms
Affiliate commissions are paid once per month.
Commissions are eligible for payout after a 60-day validation period, allowing time for returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
Payments are processed within the first 7 days of the month, two months after the referred sale.
Example:
A sale made on January 31 will be eligible for payment in the first 7 days of April.
Payments will be issued via PayPal once the Affiliate’s balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $10 USD.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal email address is accurate.
If a PayPal payment fails due to incorrect details, Paws Circle will only attempt to reissue the payment within 90 days of the original payment date.
5. Affiliate Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Paws Circle using their referral link and coupon code through:
- Personal websites
- Blogs
- Social media platforms
- Online or offline marketing channels
Affiliates may use marketing materials provided by Paws Circle or create their own promotional content, provided that it:
- Accurately represents the Paws Circle brand
- Does not contain misleading claims or false advertising
- Complies with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the Affiliate account:
- False or misleading advertising
- Spam marketing (mass emails, automated posting, etc.)
- Promotion on websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the affiliate tracking system
Paws Circle reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and withhold commissions during the investigation.
7. Termination
Paws Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Program.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that are associated with fraudulent or invalid activity will be forfeited.
8. Liability
Paws Circle will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions, etc.) due to affiliate tracking failures, system interruptions, loss of data, or any actions that may affect the operation of the Program.
We make no guarantees that the Program or website will operate without interruptions or errors.
9. Modification of Terms
Paws Circle reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
If any modification is unacceptable to an Affiliate, their only option is to terminate participation in the Program.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
10. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paws Circle, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Program, including negligence, misrepresentation, or misconduct.
11. Electronic Agreement
This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of participation in the Paws Circle Affiliate Program.
By submitting an application and participating in the Program, the Affiliate acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement and its terms.
